- Maintenance free vinyl siding on all sides. Vertical siding on front gable of house (if applicable)
- Pressure treated gradeboard exposed below siding on all sides

- Two frost free exterior taps

ROOF
- Self sealing asphalt shingles (25 years)
- Tar paper where needed (4’ up, at area of heat loss)
- Step flash at joining structures (no wall flash or drip edge)
- 1/2" aspenite with H clips between trusses
FRAMING
- Exterior walls- 2”x6” spruce studs @ 16” centers
- Interior walls- 2”x4” or 2”x6” (where applicable) spruce studs
- 5/8” quality tongue and groove spruce plywood sheathing, nailed and glued to silent floor joists
FOUNDATION
- Warm 2”x6” P.W.F foundation walls
- Cement basement floor and reinforced cement garage floor (if applicable)
- Foundation walls caulked and sealed with 2 layers of 6mm poly on exterior for damp proofing
INSULATION
- Attic - R50 blown insulation.
- Exterior walls – R22
- Basement insulated R20 and 6mm vapour barrier on exterior walls.
- Building envelope wrapped in Typar.

- Backfilled 4’ high and graded adequately 25’ around outside of structure

ANY CHANGES FROM THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE IN WRITTEN FORM IN SUFFICIENT TIME TO ORDER MATERIALS AND SCHEDULE LABOR. SCHEDULES SIGNED BY BOTH THE PURCHASER AND BUILDER.
